Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist responsible for managing provider enrollments in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle provider enrollments, including application preparation, submission, and follow-up
• Serve as the primary contact for provider enrollment inquiries and maintain accurate enrollment data
• Initiate and complete hospital privileging applications while coordinating with medical staff offices

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred in a related field
• 2+ years of provider enrollment experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments
• Knowledge of hospital privileging processes and coordination with medical staff
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and multiple priorities with minimal supervision
