Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist responsible for managing high-volume provider enrollments in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle provider enrollments, including application preparation, submission, and follow-up
• Serve as the primary point of contact for provider enrollment-related inquiries
• Initiate and complete hospital privileging applications and maintain communication with operational leaders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred in a related field
• 2+ years of provider enrollment experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and payer enrollment regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and enrollment-specific software
