Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Provider Enrollment Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for managing the provider enrollment process for new and existing clients, including application preparation and follow-up, as well as overseeing new client start-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit enrollment applications while following up on their status
• Manage new client start-up processes and maintain credentialing reports
• Resolve issues related to provider or NPI numbers and communicate enrollment status as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3 - 5 years of experience in credentialing and/or enrollment preferred
• Knowledge of provider enrollment processes and commercial insurance requirements preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office products preferred
• Ability to multi-task effectively
