Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure timely access for members and accurate payment for providers, the remote contract Provider Enrollment Representative will manage the accurate setup of provider records and handle all implementation steps for enrolling providers in the Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Set up provider records accurately to assure proper payment
• Handle all implementation steps for enrolling providers in the Plan
• Identify and resolve inaccuracies in data entry and processing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of business experience in a managed care or healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience or knowledge of ONYX, FACETS, or similar provider data and claims processing systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
