Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting provider credentialing and recredentialing applications, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage application processes, monitor enrollment status, and maintain provider data while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete provider credentialing and recredentialing applications accurately and timely
• Monitor application status and follow up with payers to ensure timely enrollment
• Maintain and update provider data and credentialing records

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) required
• Previous experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or insurance/medical billing preferred
• Familiarity with CAQH and provider enrollment processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
