Job Summary
To support provider enrollment processes, the part-time Provider Enrollment Specialist will perform enrollment, reassignment, and re-enrollment functions for providers with insurance carriers and government payers, working remotely while ensuring timely application completion and data accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain, verify, and analyze required information for payer enrollment
- Organize and manage the payer enrollment process to meet deadlines
- Interface with health plan contacts to support credentialing application completion
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of applicable experience in managed care, credentialing, or revenue cycle
- Proficiency with payer portals and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, SC DHHS, NC Tracks, and NPPES
- Ability to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance in provider records
