Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Coordinating provider enrollment processes, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage requests for participation in health insurance networks, ensuring compliance with payer requirements while maintaining positive relationships with healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Completes provider payer enrollment and recredentialing in a timely manner
• Resolves enrollment issues through collaboration with various stakeholders, including physicians and insurers
• Communicates updated payer enrollment information to practice operations and supports new provider onboarding processes

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in a physician medical practice or with payer credentialing/enrollment requirements
• Experience with provider enrollment auditing and quality assurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF Software
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare contracts preferred
