Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the enrollment of healthcare providers, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Associate will manage credentialing processes, maintain provider information, and ensure timely application submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates with providers to explain the enrollment process and collects necessary documentation
• Prepares and verifies provider enrollment applications for initial and re-credentialing purposes
• Maintains data entry in CAQH and coordinates enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances

Required qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of provider enrollment experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, and CAQH
• Billing knowledge and experience preferred
• Ability to comply with HIPAA standards and information security policies
