Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage the enrollment and revalidation of healthcare providers with government and commercial payers while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment and recredentialing applications with various payers
• Maintain accurate provider demographic and credentialing information in enrollment systems and databases
• Serve as the primary contact for providers regarding enrollment status and documentation requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in payer credentialing
• Proficiency in provider enrollment processes and payer guidelines
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare and credentialing industry
• Excellent data entry and clerical skills
