Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support healthcare provider enrollment processes, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage the enrollment and revalidation of providers with government and commercial payers, ensuring compliance and timely submissions while serving as a liaison between providers and payers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment and recredentialing applications with various payers
• Maintain accurate provider demographic and credentialing information in relevant systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers regarding enrollment status and documentation requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in payer credentialing
• Proven proficiency in provider enrollment processes
• Knowledge of healthcare and credentialing industry standards
• Strong computer, data entry, and clerical skills
