Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage payer enrollment issues, resolve denials, and ensure the completion of necessary applications while collaborating with clients and operations personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve payer enrollment issues through follow-up with market locations and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
• Manage the completion and submission of CMS Medicare, State Medicaid, and third-party payer applications
• Maintain documentation and track provider demographics in all applicable enrollment systems to ensure active enrollment

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least one year of provider enrollment experience preferred
• Working knowledge of application requirements for CMS, State Medicaid, and third-party payers
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding protected provider and health information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
