Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support provider enrollment processes, the full-time Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage enrollments for new and existing providers and group practices, ensuring compliance with payor requirements while working remotely within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Process enrollments and maintain provider participation with contracted payors by completing applications and notifications
• Monitor application inventory and escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution
• Update and maintain data accuracy in Provider Enrollment systems while addressing billing errors and application denials

Required qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or Managed Care Enrollment
• Relevant education may substitute for experience requirements
• Knowledge of the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) and Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) is preferred
