Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage payer enrollment issues, conduct research to resolve denials, and ensure timely submission of applications for Medicare and Medicaid.

Key responsibilities

• Perform follow-up with market locations and CMS to resolve payer enrollment issues
• Manage the completion and submission of CMS Medicare, State Medicaid, and third-party payer applications
• Maintain documentation and track provider revalidation dates to ensure active enrollment

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least one year of provider enrollment experience preferred
• Knowledge of CMS, State Medicaid, and third-party payer application requirements
• Understanding of HIPAA Privacy & Security policies
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information appropriately
