Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the enrollment process for healthcare providers, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage payer enrollment issues, resolve denials, and ensure timely submission of applications to various payers, including CMS and Medicaid.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve payer enrollment issues by following up with market locations and CMS
• Manage the completion and submission of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer applications
• Track and maintain provider demographics in enrollment systems to ensure active enrollment status

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least one year of provider enrollment experience preferred
• Working knowledge of application requirements for CMS, State Medicaid, and third-party payers
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding protected provider and health information
• Experience in managing complex enrollment packages and ensuring their accuracy
