Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Cayuga Health Partners Network, the full-time hourly Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage provider enrollment activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and health plan requirements while building relationships with providers and health plans.

Key responsibilities

• Perform provider enrollment activities and manage the completion of enrollment applications according to payer specifications
• Review enrollment documents for completeness and follow up with providers on missing information
• Maintain accurate provider rosters and communicate changes to support Network initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 2-5 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations
• Previous experience with IPA/Medical Group/Hospital environments preferred
