Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Cayuga Health Partners Network, the full-time hourly Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage provider enrollment applications, maintain accurate provider data, and liaise with health plans and providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform provider enrollment activities and manage application submissions according to health plan specifications
• Review enrollment documents for completeness and follow up with providers on missing information
• Maintain an accurate Provider Roster and communicate provider changes to support Network initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 2-5 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations
• Experience with IPA/Medical Group or hospital environments
• No specific licensure required
