Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the enrollment of healthcare providers, the remote Provider Enrollment Associate will manage credentialing processes, maintain provider information, and communicate with providers to ensure timely application submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates with providers to explain the enrollment process and collect necessary documentation
• Prepares and verifies provider enrollment applications for initial and re-credentialing purposes
• Maintains data entry in CAQH and coordinates enrollment and termination information with insurance companies

Required qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of provider enrollment experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, and CAQH
• Billing knowledge and experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented personality
