Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Coordinating provider enrollment processes, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage requests for participation in health insurance networks, ensuring compliance with government and commercial payors while maintaining accurate credentialing data.

Key responsibilities:

• Completes provider payer enrollment and recredentialing in a timely manner
• Resolves enrollment issues by collaborating with various stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships
• Communicates updated payer enrollment information and supports new provider onboarding processes

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in payer and provider enrollment
• Experience with provider enrollment auditing and quality assurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF Software
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare contracts preferred
