Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for credentialing new and established healthcare providers, the full-time Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage application processes, data entry, and document review while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, update, and maintain provider information and documentation, verifying accuracy as needed
• Prepare and submit credentialing applications for initial applications and reappointments in a timely manner
• Coordinate provider enrollment and terminations with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances across multiple states

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of credentialing experience
• Prior experience with FQHC and Behavioral Health
• Current knowledge of provider enrollment processes with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
