Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support provider enrollment processes, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will perform enrollment, reassignment, and re-enrollment functions for providers with various insurance carriers, ensuring timely application completion and effective communication with credentialing teams and payers.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain, verify, and analyze required information for payer enrollment
• Organize and manage the payer enrollment process to meet deadlines
• Interface with health plan contacts to support the credentialing application process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of applicable experience in managed care, credentialing, or revenue cycle
• Proficiency with payer portals and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, SC DHHS, NC Tracks, and NPPES
• Ability to maintain accurate provider records and ensure data integrity
