Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support healthcare clients, the remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to service level agreements while collaborating with team members and processing requests efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable responses to client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
• Update account history and follow up with clients to confirm resolution of inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to improve procedures and workflows for processing client inquiries

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Applications and general PC knowledge
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Adherence to attendance policies
• Experience in collaborative work environments
