Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support healthcare providers in navigating insurance networks, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will coordinate enrollment processes, ensure compliance with payer requirements, and maintain accurate credentialing data.

Key responsibilities:

• Completes provider payer enrollment and recredentialing in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with all requirements
• Resolves enrollment issues through collaboration with various stakeholders, fostering positive relationships with providers
• Obtains and verifies updated provider information from multiple sources to support the enrollment process

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in payer and provider enrollment
• Experience with provider enrollment auditing and quality assurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF Software
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare contracts preferred
