Job Summary

Provider Enrollment Specialist with Kansas Insurance Knowledge, responsible for managing high-volume provider enrollments and supporting provider onboarding in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle provider enrollments including application preparation, submission, and follow-up
• Serve as the primary contact for provider enrollment inquiries and maintain accurate enrollment data
• Coordinate hospital privileging applications and ensure compliance with payer regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred in a related field
• 2+ years of provider enrollment experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments
• Knowledge of hospital privileging processes and coordination with medical staff offices
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
