Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of enrollment specialists, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Supervisor will oversee Medicaid provider enrollment operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and performance standards while driving process improvements and workforce development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily provider enrollment operations, including onboarding, revalidations, and terminations in accordance with Medicaid regulations
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and client-specific performance standards
• Lead and coach a team of Provider Enrollment Specialists to enhance performance management and training initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider enrollment, or Medicaid-related functions
• 1-3+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience
• Experience managing performance metrics, including KPIs and SLAs
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
