Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of Provider Enrollment Specialists to ensure accurate and timely completion of enrollment tasks
• Monitor team performance against standards, addressing gaps and providing coaching to enhance productivity and quality
• Manage worklists and enrollment pipelines, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• 5 years of experience in the healthcare field, with 2+ years in provider enrollment or Medicaid enrollment preferred
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Working knowledge of provider enrollment processes and multi-state Medicaid requirements
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office applications
