Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising the Provider Enrollment team, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Supervisor will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and train staff while monitoring performance and resolving complex enrollment issues.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support provider enrollment staff in licensing, enrollment, and credential maintenance
• Collaborate with the Provider Enrollment Manager on employee relations and performance reviews
• Conduct audits and prepare status reports on provider enrollment activities

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Two years of experience in Provider Enrollment
• Knowledge of NCQA standards related to provider enrollment
