Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Provider Enrollment Analysts, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Supervisor will oversee provider enrollment and revalidation activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and operational excellence in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, including workload distribution, productivity monitoring, and performance management of the Provider Enrollment Analyst team
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal guidelines while supporting provider enrollment and revalidation initiatives
• Communicate operational trends and service level concerns to leadership to maintain business continuity and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare operations, or compliance support
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare operations environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with healthcare systems and operational reporting
