Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Provider Enrollment Supervisor will oversee the provider enrollment process, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with payer regulations while fostering professional development and collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, submission, and approval of provider enrollment applications, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Manage team performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to promote professional growth and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify trends in payer reimbursement and enhance operational workflows

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience leading projects or teams in healthcare required
• 5 years of experience in healthcare with a thorough understanding of payers and the provider enrollment process required
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and provider enrollment systems preferred
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required
