Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

To support customer service operations, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Supervisor will manage daily transactions, assist in training staff, and resolve complex customer inquiries while ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily transactions and ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced staff while addressing performance issues
• Research and resolve complex customer inquiries, escalating issues as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six or more years of customer service experience
• Two or more years of leadership experience
• Experience with organizational functions and personnel management
• Familiarity with help desk software and customer service technologies
