Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

To enhance provider enrollment processes, the part-time remote Provider Enrollment Supervisor will oversee a team responsible for processing applications, provide coaching and guidance, and implement operational workflows while ensuring compliance with payer regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the selection, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members to ensure high performance
• Evaluate team performance, promote professional growth, and maintain effective communication within the remote team
• Monitor and audit provider enrollment applications, ensuring compliance with payer regulations and optimizing operational workflows

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience leading projects or teams in healthcare required
• 5 years of experience in healthcare with a thorough understanding of payers and the provider enrollment process required
• Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of provider enrollment functions preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to analyze and improve business processes
