Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the part-time remote Provider Enrollment Supervisor will manage a team responsible for processing provider enrollment applications, ensuring compliance with payer regulations, and fostering professional development among team members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of provider enrollment applications, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulations
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members, promoting their professional growth and development
• Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience leading projects or teams in healthcare required
• 5 years of experience in healthcare with a thorough understanding of payers and the provider enrollment process required
• Experience with Salesforce and provider enrollment functions in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding enrollment processing in multiple states
