Job Summary

As an entry-level position, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Escalation Support Analyst will manage the intake, triage, and resolution of provider enrollment escalations while ensuring compliance with established policies and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial intake point for provider enrollment escalations, reviewing and prioritizing tickets
  • Resolve assigned escalations within defined SLAs using documented processes and maintain accurate case documentation
  • Communicate with providers and internal partners to provide updates and escalate complex cases as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in provider enrollment or insurance
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience with ticketing or case management systems
  • Basic understanding of healthcare provider enrollment processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
