Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of provider enrollment specialists, ensuring high performance and collaboration
• Oversee the end-to-end provider enrollment process, ensuring compliance and timely submission of applications
• Act as a primary contact for escalated enrollment issues, collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve them

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administration
• Familiarity with payer-specific requirements and credentialing software
• Minimum of 1 year of people leadership/management experience
• Experience with state and federal healthcare regulations is preferred
