Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Provider Enrollment to oversee and train offshore team members in the credentialing and enrollment processes for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the oversight of issue resolution and ensure timely completion of provider enrollment applications
• Coordinate and document training activities for the provider enrollment team
• Monitor and analyze productivity, providing feedback and guidance to offshore staff

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• 4 years of provider enrollment experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and CAQH
• Billing knowledge and experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
