Key Responsibilities

• Oversee issue resolution and ensure completion of provider enrollment applications
• Train and monitor offshore team members on enrollment processes and productivity
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and maintain provider documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• 4 years of provider enrollment experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and CAQH
• Billing knowledge and experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
