Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Experience Advocate to support and empower its network of therapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle approximately 500-600 tickets per week, addressing inquiries from therapists efficiently
  • Resolve escalated or complex issues requiring additional attention or cross-team coordination
  • Identify trends and collaborate with internal teams to recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or similar customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently
  • Skilled in handling escalated or complex inquiries with sound judgment
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to support new initiatives
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
