Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Experience Advocate to support and empower its network of therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 500-600 tickets per week, addressing inquiries from therapists efficiently
- Resolve escalated or complex issues requiring additional attention or cross-team coordination
- Identify trends and collaborate with internal teams to recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or similar customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently
- Skilled in handling escalated or complex inquiries with sound judgment
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to support new initiatives
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
