Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Experience Associate to enhance the experience of their providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to provider queries via ZenDesk, ensuring they are set up for success
- Analyze and report on product errors while updating internal databases with relevant information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing or support role with primary communication via written channels
- Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly explanations
- Experience in an SLA- and metrics-driven environment, managing queues with defined response targets
- Analytical mindset with experience identifying recurring issues and proposing improvements
- Comfort with using ticketing/CRM or operations tools and learning new systems independently
