Provider Experience Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a TN Operations Provider Experience Manager to enhance client experiences and optimize value through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and conduct education sessions to ensure engagement with solutions
- Monitor client performance against key metrics and escalate concerns to leadership
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing client value
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, healthcare operations, or project management
- 10+ years of experience with large, complex data sets and integrated systems
- Clinical experience, preferably as a registered nurse (RN)
- Expertise in clinical and ICD-10 coding
- Experience in provider environments and understanding of EMRs and Health Information Systems
