Provider Experience Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Experience Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and in a timely manner
• Build relationships with medical providers and health plans to obtain required medical charts
• Assist with escalated issues and special projects for the Outreach Department

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• 6+ months experience in scheduling or customer service is required
• 1 year of call center experience, preferably with outbound calls or sales
• Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications
