Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Incentives Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payment operations, ensuring accurate and timely payments to healthcare providers
• Design and maintain onboarding processes for providers into accounts payable systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline incentive payment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare payment operations or related roles
• Strong understanding of quality incentive programs and value-based payment models
• Experience managing complex payment calculations and financial workflows
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable automation platforms and bank ACH processes preferred
