Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Intake email bucket for timely review and action on requests
- Distribute and verify incoming documents for completeness and accuracy
- Administer and maintain provider accounts and files, ensuring accurate information entry into systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a provider-focused position or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with back office or auditing tasks preferred
- Familiarity with Document Control Number/Electronic Claim Transaction Number is a plus
