Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Information Specialist to ensure accuracy and efficiency in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the Intake email bucket for timely review and action on requests
  • Distribute and verify incoming documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Administer and maintain provider accounts and files, ensuring accurate information entry into systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a provider-focused position or related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with back office or auditing tasks preferred
  • Familiarity with Document Control Number/Electronic Claim Transaction Number is a plus
