Provider Interventions Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Provider Interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for provider intervention and drug incentive programs
• Collaborate with Commercial Directors to identify target practices and develop sales strategies for program adoption
• Drive client-facing implementations with oncology practices and support ongoing optimization and engagement

Required Qualifications

• Experience in program management or strategy execution within healthcare or oncology
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance and derive insights
• Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in healthcare settings
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies
