Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Liaison (Remote) to manage the operational performance and clinical culture of a specific clinical service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clinicians and provide administrative support
• Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and training processes for clinicians, ensuring readiness for shifts
• Organize Pod meetings and support Pod Directors with planning and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree required
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
• High reliability in follow-through of tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks with guidance
