Provider Liaison

Job Summary

To support the operational performance of the Neurology service line, the remote Provider Liaison will manage relationships with clinicians, facilitate administrative processes, and ensure clinicians have the necessary resources for success in their clinical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for neurologists and Advanced Practice Providers, building trust-based relationships and advocating for their needs
• Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and training processes while maintaining critical information for clinician effectiveness
• Organize Pod meetings, track action items, and provide performance metrics to support clinical teams

Required qualifications

• Associates degree required
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
• Proven interpersonal communication skills and strong relationship-building abilities
• High reliability in task follow-through and excellent organizational skills
