Job Summary
Driving strategic market initiatives, the full-time remote Provider Market Senior Director will manage market-specific planning, engage with executive leadership on opportunities, and lead the Provider Solution Sales Organization to optimize growth and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic market-based projects and refine capital investment plans in collaboration with product and operations leaders
- Engage with executive leadership to identify market opportunities and act on them, while serving as a point of escalation for market teams
- Develop relationships across the Solution Sales Organization to address risks, operational improvements, and enhance overall market performance
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, consulting, or P&L management
- Proven experience in healthcare, particularly with providers/payviders
- Demonstrated success in managing within a matrix environment and driving accountability
- Strong communication, critical thinking, leadership, and organizational skills
- Interest and experience in process improvement and methodology development
