Job Summary
To support provider-specific contract negotiations, the full-time remote Provider Network Contracting Analyst will manage contract terms, analyze financial data, and coordinate with internal teams to transition to value-based care while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for institutional, ancillary, and professional contracts, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards
- Analyze data to evaluate financial implications of provider contracts and develop competitive reimbursement strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to enhance network adequacy and accessibility
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Public Health, Finance, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 2 years of experience in healthcare, business, or a related field, with at least 1 year in contracting or provider relations
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and contract negotiation processes
- Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
