Provider Network Contracting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing provider network, the full-time remote Provider Network Contracting Senior Manager will negotiate and execute contracts, conduct high-level reviews, and manage provider compensation and pricing activities while collaborating with various departments to enhance physician performance and quality of care.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, and analyze contracts with complex provider systems to maintain and enhance provider networks
• Recruit providers to achieve network expansion and adequacy targets while managing cost arrangements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support fee-for-service and value-based agreements with key physician groups and facilities

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in negotiating with complex provider systems or groups
• Proven knowledge of provider financial issues, contracting options, and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
