Provider Network Contracting Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time salaried Provider Network Contracting Manager will manage unit cost budgets, guide the development of provider networks, and evaluate contracts to ensure compliance and performance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting, and financial models
• Guide the development of competitive provider networks that meet unit cost performance objectives
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with company standards and processes

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a network management-related role with accountability for business results
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• 2+ years of experience in product pricing development and financial modeling
• 2+ years of experience with provider contracting
• Expert knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS) and related systems
