Provider Network Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Coordinator to establish and maintain relationships within the provider network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with providers, adjusters, and injured workers to facilitate network treatment and address inquiries
• Track and monitor caseloads for timely closure of requested medical treatments and manage provider database updates
• Oversee the credentialing process and maintain accurate documentation for providers joining the network

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; AA in related field preferred
• Knowledge of general credentialing procedures and basic medical terminology
• Workers' compensation experience is strongly recommended
• Provider relations experience is a plus
• High comfort level with computers and software applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet)
