Provider Network Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support national provider network growth, the remote Provider Network Development Specialist will manage provider relationships, engage healthcare practices, and identify expansion opportunities while focusing on business development and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand provider relationships across priority markets and specialties
• Engage physicians and healthcare groups to grow the provider network
• Identify geographic and specialty coverage gaps and execute targeted network expansion strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, healthcare business development, or account management
• Demonstrated success building relationships with physicians or healthcare organizations
• Experience working with physician practices or provider organizations
• Strong consultative communication and relationship management skills
